Level Peaks is incredibly proud to have received the Gold Award from the UK Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
It’s a fantastic achievement which reinforces LPA’s commitment to the armed forces, veterans and their families. LPA wouldn’t be the company we are today without the skills and knowledge of our ex-service employees.
Having been awarded Silver in 2019, LPA strived to keep working towards greater levels of support for its ex-service personnel. To have been awarded Gold this year, is a fantastic reflection of the continued dedication to the armed forces, veterans and their families. These standards are something LPA have always aimed for and will continue to improve and adapt as we move forward.
In order to win this award LPA enables its Reservists to undertake military training with full pay, has HR policies in place for veterans, reserves, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, spouses and partners of those serving in the armed forces and supports several military charities. We continually advocate the benefits of supporting those within the armed forces community encouraging others to sign the Armed Forces Covenant and to engage in the Employer Recognition Scheme.
